Our Warranty

We guarantee the work performed at Wade's Auto Collision so long as said vehicle shall remain under the present ownership.

This is a fragmented, four-part Limited Warranty, and specific additional stipulations pertaining to each fragmented part are stated hereafter:

  1. Metalwork: Wade's Auto Collision provides a  Limited Lifetime Warranty against any defects on craftsmanship, including repair and application of materials utilized in making such repairs (cracking, panel fitment or straightening). The shop will, at its sole option, repair and repaint any metalwork warranted hereby.
  2. Painting, Stripes, and Decals: Wade's Auto Collision provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on paintwork against blistering, peeling and fading; Therefore, a One (1) Year Limited Warranty on the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals, excluding defects which are caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed. The shop will, at its sole option, repaint, re-stripe or re-decal the specific section or sections of the vehicle warranted issued hereby. PPG does back up its product with a Limited Lifetime Warranty which will be reviewed first before Wade's Auto Collision is held accountable.
  3. Mechanical Repairs: Wade's Auto Collision provides a One (1) Year Limited Warranty on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage, including suspension/alignment, air conditioning or other electrical assemblies or components. The shop will, at its sole option, replace/repair any mechanical component warranted and will not be responsible for worn parts not associated with the said collision damage.
  4. Parts: Wade's Auto Collision provides a One (1) Year Warranty on all used, aftermarket and OEM manufactured parts. These parts are subject to the guarantee of that supplier. Wade's Auto Collision will assist you in handling any claim under the supplier's guarantee. We guarantee that the used, aftermarket or original equipment manufactured (OEM) parts were used as per the original repair estimate mandated or required from the insurance company and/or customer.

*This warranty shall only apply if the defects occurred under normal driving conditions and not where any vehicle has been subjected to accidents, negligence, abuse or misuse.

**Specifically excluded from this limited warranty is rust coming through the metal, scratches, and gravel marks acquired from driving conditions.

My daughter rear-ended another vehicle. I was trying to get the car back as soon as possible. Sarah worked with us and was able to come in under our original estimate. The accident was on a Monday and we had the car back by Friday. Not only was it back by Friday, but they had washed the car, cleaned the inside, refilled the window washer fluid, and painted some other scuffs that were not part of the accident. They completely helped and went out of their way to give us the best service possible and were highly empathetic. The best experience for an unfortunate accident.
